Terms of Use for Hobby App Please read carefully before activating Hobby App services Hobby App allows its members who use the service to explore and book live hobby experiences and skills provided by "Hosts" (talented individuals or entities) via its platform. Hobby provides an easy way to connect you with local hosts and venues in your area that offer workshops and interactive experiences (such as barista skills, handicrafts, arts, etc.). The purpose of this application is to provide a simple and convenient service for customers to access real-life (in-person) experiences and develop their skills interactively. We created the app to be a platform that gathers talented individuals and beneficiaries; Hobby is a technical intermediary for facilitating these bookings online. Hobby App does not provide the workshops itself, nor does it interfere in any way in the production, preparation, or execution of any experience provided by the hosts. What this online marketplace offers users is solely the ability to search for and find local experiences shared on the site and book through it. These Hosts and Venues are solely responsible for complying with the laws, rules, regulations, and standards applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as those related to licensing, safety of practices, and the quality of the materials or crafts provided. However, it is important for users to understand that Hobby does not independently verify or guarantee the hosts' skills, the quality of tools used, or the host's compliance with applicable laws for practicing the craft; this responsibility rests solely with the host. Buyers (Hobbyists) must review the information provided by hosts and their ratings, as well as their commitment to time and location. Hobby does not guarantee in any way the quality of any experience or that the workshop description matches what is actually provided. Hobby shall not be obligated or responsible for any experiences or services provided by hosts that are unsatisfactory, cause any harm, or fail to meet buyer expectations in any way. Buyers are solely responsible for reaching the experience location on time, and Hobby shall have no liability for delays or incorrect addresses. Ordering and Booking Mechanism: When you select an experience from the available hobby list, you can submit your request by clicking the "Execute Order" button. Please note that it is important to review the information and correct any errors before clicking the button, as errors cannot be corrected afterward. Upon receiving your order, Hobby will begin execution and send a notification stating that the order has been received and is being sent to the host. If the host rejects the order, you will be notified, and we will not be obligated to provide the services. The customer has no right to cancel the order after it is accepted by the host, except in accordance with the cancellation policy specified in the app. Member Responsibilities: While using Hobby services, the member accepts and acknowledges the following: That the information in the registration form is correct, and the member is solely responsible for any losses arising from incorrect information. Not to use the application to send any threatening, immoral messages, or anything contrary to public morals and local laws in the Kingdom. The user undertakes not to harass hosts or app employees. All records or materials obtained through the use of Hobby services are with the user's consent, and the user is fully responsible for their use.
