Privacy Policy

This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between Hobby App (hereinafter referred to as the "App" or "Platform") and any individual who downloads, uses, or registers on the App (hereinafter referred to as the "User," whether a "Host/Trainer" or a "Hobbyist/Trainee"). By using the App, you expressly acknowledge your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. Section I: Terms of Use & Obligations Article 1: Nature of the Platform Hobby App is a technical intermediary platform that connects hobby experience providers (Hosts) with beneficiaries (Trainees). The App does not provide the courses itself, nor does it control the quality of execution. Our responsibility is strictly limited to technical mediation, facilitating bookings, and processing payments. Article 2: Code of Conduct & Ethics Content: The Host commits not to publish any workshops that violate Islamic Sharia, the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or public morals. Any illegal or immoral content is strictly prohibited. Monitoring & Banning: The Platform reserves the absolute right to delete any violating session, warn the provider, or permanently ban the account without any financial liability if it is proven that the user misused the platform or behaved inappropriately toward other users. Article 3: Limitation of Liability Accidents & Injuries: The User (Host or Trainee) acknowledges that Hobby App does not provide any insurance against personal accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during in-person workshops. Liability rests entirely with the parties involved in the experience. Disputes: In the event of a dispute between a Host and a Trainee, the App acts as a "Limited Mediator" to attempt an amicable resolution regarding financial rights within the platform only. It bears no responsibility for events occurring outside its technical framework. Section II: Cancellation & Refund Policy (Protecting Host Rights) Article 4: Cancellation Guidelines Since sessions require venue bookings and the purchase of materials, cancellations are subject to the following rules: Cancellation (3) Days or More Before the Session: The Trainee is entitled to a refund, minus a fixed, non-refundable administrative (processing) fee. Cancellation Within (3) Days of the Session: A higher percentage (Late Cancellation Fee) will be deducted to compensate the Host for the reserved time and lost opportunity. Rejection of Cancellation: The App reserves the right to reject a refund request entirely if the Host proves that non-refundable costs were incurred for venue booking or the purchase of specific tools and materials for the Trainee. Implied Consent: By clicking "Confirm Booking," the Trainee acknowledges and agrees to the specific cancellation policy of the selected session. Section III: Privacy Policy Article 5: Data Collection We collect only the data necessary to provide the service, including: Personal Information: (Name, Mobile Number, Email). Geographic Location: (To identify sessions near you). Banking Details: (For Hosts only, to process earnings). Booking History & Ratings. Article 6: Use and Protection of Data Purpose: Data is used to complete bookings, facilitate communication between parties, and improve user experience. Sharing: We do not sell your data to third parties. Your name and contact details are shared only with the Host/Trainee involved in your specific booking. Data Security: We implement high technical standards to protect your data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Article 7: User Rights Users have the right to access, correct, or request the permanent deletion of their account and data, provided there are no pending bookings. Section IV: General Provisions Article 8: Electronic Consent The User acknowledges that registering on the App or booking any session constitutes an explicit electronic agreement to the: General Terms and Conditions. Article 9: Governing Law and Jurisdiction This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
