How do I get started?
Simply download the app, create your account, and start browsing experiences in your city. You can filter by category (Cooking, Arts, Sports, Tech) or location.
How can I book an experience?
After selecting the appropriate experience, click "Book," choose an available date, and complete the payment process. You can contact us if you encounter any problems with your booking.
Are the sessions online or in-person?
Hobby focuses primarily on live, in-person experiences to ensure the best hands-on learning and social interaction, unless the Host specifies otherwise in the description.
What if the Host doesn't show up?
Reliability is our top priority. If a Host fails to attend, you can report it through the app immediately. After verification, we will issue a full refund to your wallet.
How do I join as a Host?
You can apply through the "join as trainer" option in the app. Our team will review your skills and verify your identity to maintain the quality of our platform.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all secure payment methods: Mada, Credit Cards, and Apple Pay.
